The 3 stars all go to customer service because the food was disappointingly mediocre, at best. Based on the pics on yelp and the comments I read, I anticipated delicious, savory food. I ordered the turkey club with seasoned fries. The sandwich left a lot to be desired with regards to flavor. I found very little flavor even with the bacon. Maybe my tastebuds are biased toward seasoned foods with good flavor. The turkey deli meat faired closer to the side of tasteless. The bacon might have been some bacon-lite brand because it lacked flavor. The bread, although toasted, was simply bland. My expectations are based on my experiences with other turkey clubs I've had all over the world. The seasoned fries looked as if there was seasoning on the friea, but I tasted no seasoning. At a minimum there should have been at least a hint of salt. Maybe??
I might give Z's a second chance only after scouring the reviews for a recommended meal choice that might show Z's area of expertise. The turkey club and seasoned fries are not.
